According to the advert on tv you can send a gift to anyone, the omitted to put it that they decide what time the gift must be used and if not used you forfeit the gift.
My daughter send me a gift yesterday the 9th of December 2013. I receive a 100 that I have to use between 20:00 and 20:59 on the 9th of December 2013.
I phoned the customer care of Vodacom and the call centre confirms that they omitted to put in the advertisement that the gift will expire. How can they decide when I have to use my gift
