I received my card on Thursday 5.12.2013 I was told that after me notifying them when to activate my sim on Friday it will be done. It was apparently activated on Friday. On Saturday I still had no signal, I went to the melrose arch Mtn store where I was told that my sim was not ricaed, still no signal, I went today Back to store where I got the sim from only to be told that the sim was faulty and I was issued a new sim, still no signal, this is absolute! Why should I wait so long to be activated!!?? I am totally disgusted with Mtn and their pathetic service!!!
