Cell C Giga 200 extremely slow

I recently bought a 200 giga cell sim and have been using it on my android phone to provide internet to my laptop via wifi it worked well first week reaching hspa speeds but now it cant even go pass 60kbps for the entire week this is extremely annoying and is having severe effects on my work production this is not the service i paid for and am really disappointed in Cell C because it always worked well in the past
