Upgrade contract - 7 days later phone faulty

I had my contract upgraded on the 30 November. According to my previous problems, Autopage sent me a email in writing I have 10 days to get an exchange if its a faulty handset. Today, 7 December, the phone had a line on top with funny letters and the screen has lines across it. I went to a shop at Somerset Mall (as I was in that area) the gentleman told me the phone needs a software upgrade and have to go to the store I got the phone. I rushed to get to Cape Gate as they close at 7pm but I did inform Gareth I was coming. I explained the problem and he told me he must send it away. When I got to the store, he couldn't take the phone in as I forgot the charger. I was willing to buy a new charger so he said no he must have the original. I had to drive back home and back to him again. He then said he will send the phone away and Samsung will decide. I have insisted to cancel my contact and I do expect to be refunded the R150 which I paid to them for the admin fee to upgrade. When I took out my upgrade page, I saw I had to get a car charger free which I did not get either. Now im sitting with no phone that is 7 days old!!! I have endless problems with Autopage when I upgrade my contacts
