Tired of constant bad service

After Switch board failed called Nxatel who eventually sent a technician to come check the system, they found the SW Board phone to be faulty. They said they would submit an insurance clam and sort out the problem. This was a month ago. Still don't have a switch board. Have been trying to phone them during this period to find out what is happening. As yet no one from Nxatel has fed back to us to let us know what is happening.
Then to top it all Nxatel double billed us via debit order for our calls for November. On Monday 2nd we phond to query this. No one has come back to us. On Friday we could not make out going calls due to as Nxatel puts it " your account balance to place calls" This even all the they double billed us. We then Phoned them again to inform of the problem. They gave us a Ref number and said that they would report the problem and would come back to us. as yet no one has come back to us and this is now the second day we don't have out going call facility. Our business greatly depends on making out going calls. This sort of bad service has been going on ever since we have had the Nxatel system installed. I would strongly advise that people stay away from Nxatel.
