In the beginning of November I gave in my Blackberry for repairs due to phone switching on and off and then it just freezes. I went to the vodacom shop explained to them whats wrong with the phone. I got told that they need to send the phone in for repairs to try and fix the problem. 2 hours later I was notified that my phone has been fixed and I could come and collect. Later that evening the phone started giving the same problems as it did before I took it to Vodacom. I went back the next day and again they send the phone for repairs. A week later I was notified to come collect my phone. I was told they could not fix the problem and have to give me a Refurbished phone. The phone came on once and died again some problem as the my other phone, switches off while busy. So again I went Back to Vodacom where the manager guaranteed me that this problem will be solved. the manager of the store spoke to head office and the promised me a other phone within 48 hrs. I also phone vodacom repair centre 0821944 on the 25/11/2013 to fine out how it can take so long to repair a phone. Currently I am still waiting for my phone - Vodacom Head office was suppose to phone me and I am still waiting
