Paying for 2 contracts and one pp nr I can't use!

3 weeks ago I started having network problems on my 3 numbers. 1 of which is a data stick contract. 2 which is used in my Samsung S3 Mini. I phoned in and was told they are making upgrades to the towers. That is fine and I'm glad they are going forward.

However!

These three numbers are all used for DATA. Which I can not use at all as I don't have date network. And it became worse. 2. If the dats is not used in 30 days it falls away. Meaning I paid for DATA I COULD'T even use.

BREACH OF CONTRACT!

So basically, Cell C is taking my money and I'm not getting anything in return.

!

I demand someone contacts me and see to it that I am reimbursed.

That is R 150 rand I can't use on my pp nr, R 220 and R 120 respectively on my contract numbers.

THIS IS SO UNFAIR!

If this issue is not resolved within this week, then I demand my two contracts be CANCELLED with immediate effect and I'm not paying in a cent as you are not keeping to your T&C - Breach of contract

And don't tell me you can't help it, I was informed that boosters can be applied to the towers to assist the network errors!

Get back to me with either a solution or to tell me that my contracts has been cancelled!
