We have tried to resolve a matter on behalf of a client, we went to you branch in Bayside sit there for 2 hours and plain nothing could be resolved.
You handed our client over to your own in-house debt collectors and to JM Venter Attorneys and now also to MDS Attorneys!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR PEOPLE/STAFF/MANAGEMENT??? Their call centres are useless and you get transferred from pillar to post, what is wrong???
We know you faceless puppets, now it looks like you also brainless and not educated!!!
Give attention to this problem of 0843613613 which belongs to our client, not one of the names and your staff can resolve the problem. My client is prepaid and still support your useless company!!
