My Modem had been booked 3 times since it just stopped working IMEI 357534048163650, 1st booking 06/11, 2nd booking 14/11 & the last was on the 27/11. Every time the report says Software upgrade. Even today the modem doesn't run on the Pc as this is a plug & play. I was once asked to bring the laptop to the shop & the other modem in the store did install successful & did connect. I am really fed up with Cell c now. Unless Cell c products only work for a year & after that you have to throw it. I also forfeited my MB while the modem wasn't working anymore. How was i suppose to prevent that Cell c.
