I phoned Vodacom's LEGAL team (082 1905) to speak to someone regarding my deceased fathers cell phone contracts. Every time you phone you have to fill in the ID and then they put you through to the call center again. I have now phoned 10 times and still same story. When you finally do speak to a person on the other side of the line they simply tell you to phone the legal team again. Even the legal land line takes you back to the call center. Very very annoying. Vodacom please phone me! So I can sort this out.
