SMS BUNDLE NOT ACTIVATED

I cannot believe that once again I have to waste my time to phone Vodacom to find out why my SMS bundle is not activated and when I send check balances to 31050, it states no sms available. I phoned the customer call centre who told me they cannot check as the system is off line but promised to call me back. Still waiting two days later. Who is going to sort this one out once and for all?
