We have been struggling for weeks/months to get our billing and accounts sorted. We are a big corporate company with numerous accounts with Telkom.

We get absolutely NO assistance or clarification - we just get threats that our accounts will be suspended if we do not pay the outstanding amounts that we have queried months ago.

We have had meetings, sent hundreds of emails to numerous people trying to get clarification - with no luck.

The Telkom employees are forever at doctors appointments, study leave, leave or just "out of office".

We have tried to escalate the matter, but to no avail.

We were forced to pay all outstanding amounts so that our lines were not suspended, with the promise that credits will be passed.

What a joke!!!

The problem is that we signed 2 year contracts with Telkom and cannot move to another supplier.

We also had a problem on a weekend with a faulty microwave dish - our Telkom account manager simply switched off his phone, and we could not reach him.

What is happening to service delivery in this country?

One would think that a Manager - Large Corporate Buisness would at least be least be proffesional and CAPABLE???
