Why didnt you debit my account? :(

Good day

I would like to find out why you didnt debit my account for end of November, I called in last month to change for the debit order to go off from my Standard bank cheque account but this month I didnt get an sms confirming the payment and I dont even see it on my statement, why MTN mara?

My credit profile is very important to me and I suggest you make your way to my bank account and take the funds as I dont want any unpaids under my name.
