I applied for an ADSL/Telephone line the 30th of October 2013 already to be installed by the end of November 2013 for a New shop that a company is opening in Glengarry Shopping Centre. No one of Telkom contacted me I followed up with the reference number several times I was told everything is in order the technician will contact me as soon as they are ready. Tuesday 3rd December 2013 I phoned to confirm I was told that Telkom have ran out of telephone numbers it will take 3days yesterday 4th December 2013 I phoned again then I was told 30days for them to sort out this problem. This is so unacceptable because I placed the order on the 30th October already and we need to open the shop otherwise we wont be able to trade without a telephone line. What's up with Telkom They say you need to place the order atleast 21days before the time. Did it take 30days to figure out they have ran out of Telephone numbers.
