Taking my money but No Service

In 2009 I requested for Iburst on my Autopage account. I have never upgraded due to the fact that I have never received any info on upgrading for Iburst and did not know that I even could. September 2013, I decided to upgrade to a higher data bundle on Iburst and contacted Autopage. They told me that I had to phone Iburst to do the upgrade, which I did. Iburst in return told me to do the upgrade through Autopage but eventually helped me. I also did not get the ADVERTISED hardware apparently because Autopage does not have any Iburst hardware. On 18 November 2013, I realised I do not have any data left and wanted to top it up and this is where all my trouble started. After phoning Autopage to top up, they told me to phone Iburst. Iburst told me that they could not help me because my account is with Autopage. I end up driving to an Autopage store but with no luck. I cannot do anything!!! Autopage keeps telling me to contact Iburst and Iburst tells me to contact Autopage!!! Autopage are the people taking my money every month but refuse to help me. I am also still waiting for my ADVERTISED hardware that was promised on Iburst's website if you upgrade!! I am really Fed UP!!!
