I call for an upgrade with Cell C as i am due for one. I am told that my account has been handed over ot the legal department, something of which i am surprised, disappointed, angered and irritated about!
Cell C provides service in the first place, my service is pathetic (calls dropping, network signal poor as) and i do not get informed or notified that i am handed to the legal department and for what???
my account is up to date; it is not in arrears!!!
wish Cell C will stop operating!!!
