After a 25 minute call to vodacom accounts I put the phone down to avoid further frustration. The person who I had to deal with seemed illiterate and could not assist, yet could not put me through to a supervisor or give me a ref number. I upgraded my phone 2 months ago. My number is with ALL my etails but goes off on my mothers account. The invoice I receive is made out to me. I upgraded without my mothers signature. When I call to query an account, which I upgraded all on my own, with an invoice made out to me, my name and get told they need my mothers authorisation to speak to me about my query i need to ask why take my money without asking for my mothers approval, but when i need to query, you need my mother to give you permission. The freaking invoice is in my name!!! Come on vodacom - catch a freaking wake up!!! Oh and the person who answered needed me to repeat my id number one number at a time 4 times before he could understand me. how about educating your call centre staff before letting them loose on the public
