STILL NO CREDIT - CELL C MONEY

09/07 We cancelled and ported a line from Cell C to Vodacom. It was a sim only contract. We signed the cancellation and porting documents with Vodacom, which were sent to Cell C to cancel. Vodacom called the Cell C call centre while we waited until they got approval and had accepted the documents. Cell C then ported the number, and only at the end of the month do we find out that they didn't cancel the agreement as promised. We now have to pay Cell C for a number we cannot use, and to Vodacom for the new contract. No one knows how to help, no one gets back with constructive advice on how to fix this problem.
Cell C is a rip off. The funny thing is we still have an existing contract with them, so we are still clients. One would think someone would sort this situation!!!

04/12Well, someone came back to me, assured me there is a credit for all the months they billed me, but that it would be credited to the account. And yes, you guessed it, they have not credited our account. The only thing they got right was to cancel the one billing - so R3000 credit still needed from Cell C. I wonder how big companies get away with peoples money???
