Despite my previous posts and complaints (3 weeks no Internet) and the flustered flurry of phone calls from them, and the "how dare you post on Hello Peter"... to date... no resolution, no action! Just talk talk talk on the phone and sorrie sorrie sorrie!
I have moved ISP to Telkom in order to cut out middleman. Mweb still merrily billing for a service they are NOT providing.
