I handed my phone in the first time for the audio to be fixed, (when someone calls u cannot here anything) when it came back the manager at the time (Juandre Richards) thought it was funny when all that was done to the phone was an upgrade. i asked him what now? he laughed. i was really angry and left. when i came back there was another manager there, Queen Chuene, i explained my problem, she understood and told me to bring the phone back for repairs, i had another query at the time and we opted to bring the phone in at month end so both problems could be attended to. i sent the phone in again and they refuse to fix it now without me paying -R500. i dont think it is my fault that the it wasnt fixed correctly. it has been 2months since i handed my phone in and i recieve no help, Queen has sent off e-mails requesting that the phone gets fixed under warrenty. after some time of me calling the service centre a lady there said my phone was fixed under warranty and its already at my branch. when i went to pick it up, the same day, it was not fixed, now when calling cellc says they cant help me. what type of service is this, that we get from cell c. its disgusting.
