Fighting a losing battle

So I have been asking for help since the 12th November 2013 via Twitter, FB and even attempted to call the 081 number but keep getting cut off. We have the 10gig promo 10gig midnight surfer. I would keep getting a message saying out of data and when I check the balance I would have over 15gig of data available and I cant connect to the internet. Several private messages on twitter back and forth and last week the 29th November one problem was solved- my dongle is now only on 8ta so it wont roam and I wont get the out of bundle message. Frank helped me with that. Then he wanted me to do a speed test which I could not do since I could still not connect to any website. I have not been able to get any internet connection with the dongle. I lost out on over 6gig of data that was paid for because no one at 8ta/Telkom mobile seems to care that you don't get what you pay for. I do not want another message saying please direct message your number and address so that we can assist you because after I do I don't get a reply. Its a new month, I still have no internet connectivity and I do not want to lose out on my 20gig data and I think I should be reimbursed for the data I lost out on last m
