Friday 29th November 2013 I received a call from Keenan -he advised he is from Vodacom and I can upgrade my contract. He advised that I should upgrade to 1gig as I am not using all my credits on 3gig and I am losing. My monthly fee would come down from R226.50 to R69.00. He also advised that I can take their special offer which expires end of November! I advised that I would like to upgrade for an iPad, he suggested I take the iPad 4th generation which comes with a vodafone wi-fi, at a total cost of R349.00 per month including the 1gig on my laptop. I accepted this and to my surprise today I received by courier a small box containing Vodafone Mobile Wi-fi R206 ONLY!!! NO iPAD??? I called Mondo head office immediately on 0861236666 (line was dropped 4 times before I got through) -spoke with Chantal Naidoo, who advised that I must return box unopened and they will cancel the deal.reference number 38175. She kept telling me that I must let her finish before I interrupt her??? I phoned Vodacom and they advised that they have other clients with the same problem!!! DON'T EVER BUY FROM MONDO MOBILE!!!
