I received a call towards the end of july, a cell c agent offered me a samsung galaxy which i'll pay R45 per month... i agreed & the phone was delivered on the 1st/08/2013.To my surprise the phone that was deliver was not what i had in mind, i called the call center immediatley to to cancel the contract & i was given a case number:3080203098 & OBF 094639 then was told the phone would be picked up the next day, however that was not done. The Debit Order amount of R45.00 was then debited from account by cell c, this was very shocking as according to my knowledge, the contract was cancelled.since then... i've been calling several times for this phone to be picked from where it was delivered since the 1st of august, till today & this phone is still sealed. CELL C PLEASE COME & PICK YOUR UNWANTED PHONE.
