For 11 months now, at the end of every month I have received multiple SMS, phone calls from rude operators to pay my invoice, the problem is they do not send the invoice to me on time so that I can pay on time.
I have contacted the call center for 6 months on the go to have the problem fixed and have the invoice sent to me on time so that I can settle my account. I have been assured every single time that this problem has been rectified. I have spoken to people, emailed people, received emails, but no invoices?
Yet I receive another rude phone call today and the operator slams the phone down on me.
Besides dodgy network coverage, the billing system and associated service around this is terrible!!
