Blackberry Not Working Properly

Goodday,
With our upgrade in October we did received a Blackberry which was not properly working and we asked for a new blackberry device but they told us NO they cant give us a NEW one and do not have a phone for us to use. They will sent the device in for repairs and after three weeks we did received our device back with no RESULT on working properly. We asked for the device to been replaced but with again NO LUCK - They will sent it in again for repair. We did not have a borrowed device to use also. From first upgrade we did asked for a Nokia Lumia but the lady told us no the device not working properly we must take a Blackberry which are also not working from the beginning correctly.
