No ADSL at new residence because of no cable Pt 2!

On the 18th of November 2013 I applied to have my Telkom ADSL service moved to a new residence. After receiving absolutely no feedback I phoned them on the 25th of November 2013 and was told I cannot get ADSL because of no cable.

After posting a complaint on Hellopeter the 25th November 2013 in which I just got the generic reply (which I was not contacted about), made a post on MyBroadband, sent two messages to TelkomZA on MyBroadband, getting my ISP (OpenWeb) to escalate the problem and over R600 worth of phone daily calls to Telkom up until Friday 29 November 2013 I was finally told that my order was given to a technician for installation and I will be contacted with the installation date. After no call I phoned back on Monday 2nd December 2013 and was yet again told my order was given to a technician for installation and will receive a call with the installation date. Today the 3rd December 2013 I phoned Telkom yet again to follow up after no call and was suddenly yet again told there is no ports so no ADSL for me.

I cannot conduct business because I have no ADSL and in online sales that is a mess. Please fix this!!!

I want my ADSL installed by 6 December 2013!!!
