Cell C debited on the wrong bank account
I'm so fed-up with Cell C!!!
In January I called cell C to change my banking details. I gave them the new bank acc details, and I was told they'll start debiting the same month.
I got surprised when my cellphone service was cut. When I called they tell me there's no money in my account (Pay day). I asked which bank did they debit from; they gave me my new one. It did not make sense as to why as I knew there was money. I explained that I've changed my details. The lady said she can see that, but the person who changed them used the wrong system. I asked them to debit again, they did, then it was fine.
The next week, same month: Service got cut off again. With the same reason.
When I checked: Cell C is busy debiting on 2 accounts. The old account was charging me R115 every time they did. I called them. I got a Ref 3032800201. I was told that they will follow up and call me within 3 working days. While I was busy trying to fix the problem: Cell C was busy debiting my old acc. They debited 9 times from January to March. I had to pay up that account about R1000 and close it, just for Cell C to stop.
