I have been calling MTN network signal department on 0839001212 regarding the unavailable network on our area (Kopfontein border post & Suping stad) and they always say they are aware of the problem but nothing is happening. They promised to call us as soon as they know what the problem is but they don't give us feedback. It has been four day since we experienced this problem. They don't explain to us what's the problem and why are they taking time to fix the problem. What they do is to shout at us when we call to ask what the problem is.
