Sunday my debit order for didn't go off due to a problem on the banks side. Unfortunately the branch in Kroonstad does not open on a Sunday. So early Monday morning I go pay my account in store. I then inquire by the Sales Consultant regarding my upgrade which started yesterday.
She informs me that due to the reversal I may not upgrade I have to wait 3 months. my phone will not last that long. so I decide to call customer care upgrades department, they inform me they can't do anything from their side, I have to speak to credit control and that they should attach a note to my account stating I may upgrade. Credit Control tells me they can't help me I have to talk to upgrades. Wasted time and phone calls for about an hour just to get thrown about (dunno if you guys think it a game)?
I was warned so many times not to join Nashua Mobile, they promise u the moon and stars, once u join all one ends up getting is the total opposite and unhelpfulness when u need help.
I have been paying my accounts with you guys and now because of this one tiny incident which was the banks fault. I may not upgrade. I can not wait 3 mnths.
