I recieved a call about september from pholosa saying i owe cell c for my two accounts. i went to cell c at newcastle and they told me my accounts were changed from debit order to cash, of which i had no knowledge of... i settled the accounts, sent the proof to pholosa, they said they were gonna email me settlement letter and this was 21/10/2013. i went to cell c today and im still under legal and when i called pholosa they hadnt sent the settlement letter to cell c because they havent requested for the letter and cell c legal says they waiting for the letter... as to emaling me the proof of settlement, they say the cant i have to wait for the letter which was suppose to be sent a week after i made the payments... my credit record is messed up and this all because cell c changed my my debit orders into "cash paying" contract of some sort... plz help
