CANCEL MY CONTRACT

I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR THE LAST 10 DAYS TO GET SOME PERSON WITH HALF A BRAIN TO RESPOND TO MY REQUEST TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT. I SENT 9 EMAILS, 5 ATTEMPTS TO PHONE THEM AND STILL I SAT FOR OVER 45 MINUTES BEFORE I GOT CUT OFF WHEN I DID GET THROUGH. FABULOUS!!!

ALL I NEED IF FOR SOMEONE TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT WITH YOU AND ENSURE THAT THE NECESSARY CREDITS GET PASSED BECAUSE MY CONTRACT CAME TO AN END A MONTH PRIOR YET YOU CONTINUE TO CHARGING ME FOR THE HANDSET. PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACT AS OF THE 23 NOVEMBER (THAT'S HOW LONG I HAVE BEEN SENDING YOU EMAILS TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT. WHY DO YOU EMPLOY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE THAT CANT TO THE JOB LET ALONE HAVE A DECENT CONVERSATION WITH SOMEONE ON LINE. GET PEOPLE THAT SPEAK ENGLISH AND HAVE THE TACT TO DEAL WITH CALLS
