Firstly I would like to confirm that I do consume adult content on the net and I might have passed through your website. However at no point have I opted into any subscription service. Much worse 'double' opt in. I am not stupid, why would I subscribe to any daily adult website when porn is free on the internet? I never got any messages confirming anything. The number that was billed is a number dedicated for exclusive use with my 3G card. At no time or point did I give out this number to subscribe to anything. I also never put that number in a mobile device at any point. I never sent any sms confirmation or clicked on any banner to confirm the subscription. I have contacted your customer services who insist that I subscribed and they will cancel my suscription. Well I don't want just cancellation I want an apology and a refund as well. I feel Vodacom is complicit in this. I will not be cowered because I consume adult content, so forget it, I want my money back. I want a refund of my money or I will take this matter further. This is rubbish, day light.
