I've been trying to get hold of Afrihost via the Clientzone, logged 3 support tickets, got no response, tried the live chat and there was also no response, tried calling customer service and no one answers... at one stage I was on the line waiting almost 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer, then I just put the phone down because I was paying for the phonecall.

That is absolute nonsense... how the can you call this service? There is none...
I have queries with Afrihost and have to pay to get them sorted? By paying I mean holding on the line for almost 30 minutes calling your non-toll free number and still getting nowhere.
Who's going to pay me back for the money wasted trying to call Afrihost?
Absolutely ridiculous... and now you wonder why I cancelled?
