I have written numerous reports on the poor billing and accounts service I have experienced with MTN. I have always paid my bills with them religiously with no issues however they keep billing me incorrectly. Now l called on the 30 November and the agent tries to convince me that my bill is in arrears yet that is not the case. I have been waiting for over a month for my query to be resolve and they have billed me incorrectly again this month I can not wait for this contract to end. Never again will I upgrade or have anything to do with Mtn after this contract.
