Poor Network Experience

I have had a cellc contract now for about 3 months, and I switched from Vodacom due to the cheaper prices offered by Cell C. Since day 1 I have had issues with dropped calls, poor call quality, signal randomly disappearing and reappearing, calls not coming through even though my phone says full signal, text messages arriving late... the list goes on.

The internet connectivity is a joke. I can barely get a website open on full signal and its just nonexistent if the signal is any less. I have tried different phones, and changed sim cards with no difference in my experience. Speaking to the Cell C rep over the phone I have been advised to roam on Vodacom, but when I do I can only get Edge. No 3G whatsoever. I was under the impression CellC had a 3G roaming agreement with Vodacom???

I am so fed up now that I want this contract cancelled, and I am not prepared to pay a cancellation fee, because this is certainly not what I signed up for.
