Hi there i have handed in my phone a month ago and im still waiting for vodacom to phone me back and tell me whats happening with my phone as im not happy at all this is now geting to a point that vodacom should do something about the problem as we did give a ather complain about the same problem last week monday and still waiting for someone to phone us or tell us what is happening to my phone. can someone please get vodacom head ffice to phone me asap as im not a happy customer at all. This is unexeptable to me and im sure if this would have hapend to any of vodacom workers they would have felt the same as me. I cant belive that vodacom is not even botherd to help they customers but as soon as vodacom wants feed back on their services they dont want to hear bad complain.
