Billed for out of bundle data after I bought bundl

I have an issue where I have bought data and it did did not take affect, and I am being billed on my proposed invoice for out of bundle data.

What I have bought...
25 Nov 100MB
26 NOV 100MB

None of these was activated on my account and I have been billed for out of bundle since the 25th.

The engineer at Vodacom data also added another 100MB yesterday (28 Nov) which only took affect late the afternoon.

I would please want the data that has been added on the 25th and 26th to be removed from my bill, and also want the out of bundle data to be revered and subtracted from the 100MB that is now active. So all data from the 25th that is out of bundle need to come of the 100MB that is currently active, as I did buy a 100MB it on the 25th.

I have service Requests logged for it, and need this rectified before my next invoice is generated on the 3rd of December.
