Billing for cancelled contract

Nashua Mobile debited me for a new contract phone that I cancelled at the beginning of November 2013 and for a 2 other contracts that I didn't upgrade. I went to the midrand branch to apply for a new contract, the contract was approved but I never had time to collect it. When I went to the branch they told me that the phone had been sent back to the supplier. I decided to cancel the contract, and they told me they won't charge me for the cancellation. The funny thing is I haven't received the November and October 2013 statements. They debited R1618.43 from my account, I used to pay about R1300 per month for all my contracts with them. There are 2 contracts that were due for upgrade in October 2013 and I didn't upgrade any of them. I actually cancelled one of the above 2 contracts. As a result of the above, my monthly premium has to be below R1000 because I'm not supposed to be paying for subscription fees and other fees.
