LTE not working

I bought LTE from Telkom menlyn because of adsl not working in my area, LTE is not working as promised by the Telkom personnel ant the Telkom shop. To the educated person dealing with Telkom it looks like they do a test when employing their staff, to see who is incompetent and that person they employ with a one liner "sorry for the inconvenience " The technicians cannot assist you I fix my own problems or queries faster than they can. If they would just employ someone who actually knew something about their own products. I have had the LTE router for 2 days and now I gave travelled twice to the Telkom shop to take the router back, because if there is a problem it is always with the hardware (only 2 days). My router is now with Telkom, AGAIN I ask is there a service provider that can assist me so I can get away from TELKOM USELESS DEAL AND STAFF
