It is very unfortunate that after one year the issue that I had with Vodacom has not been resolved.
I have once again sent e-mails to them and have once again got no response and this time it was not to a helpdesk but to the legal department.
Worst of all an agent called my mother today requesting for my contact details and abused and threatened her on the phone.I am sure that me as a consumer has rights.
I am a customer with MTN and Vodacom for many years and not once have I had an issue with them.
The only time I get a response from Vodacom is when I complain.
I wish to contact the NCA to confirm on my rights as a consumer. I have an entire case file of every single e-mail sent to Vodacom from May 2012.
