It is very unfortunate that after one year the issue that I had with Vodacom has not been resolved.
I have once again sent e-mails to them and have once again got no response and this time it was not to a helpdesk but to the legal department.
Worst of all an agent called my mother today requesting for my contact details and abused and threatened her on the phone. I am sure that me as a consumer has rights.
I am a customer with MTN and Vodacom for many years and not once have I had an issue with them.
The only time I get a response from Vodacom is when I complain.
I wish to contact the NCA to confirm on my rights as a consumer. I have an entire case file of every single e-mail sent to Vodacom from May 2012.
