I am disgusted with the service

On Monday 25-11-13 I opened up a new contract with Autopage Cellular - One that comes with a TV. I first asked Keith how many days it would take to get, he told me three to four working days, after opening the contract then I was told five days, that is fine. I then phoned on Wednesday 27-11-13 to find out if I could track the TV, I was told that I can phone head office and give the new cell number, I then phoned and was told that I could not and the store needs to phone on my behalf, I then phoned Keith and asked him to phone for me, he told me he would call back by 13:00pm, to my surprise he never so I called and everytime - five times I called and he was busy. I just think it is ridiculous that they sell the product so quick but no after sales help. I phoned there today 28-11-13 and he is off. I was told by the other guy I should wait till next week Thursday.
