Six days after first walking into Rosebank store followed up with three additional visits and multiple emails and calls to call centre - nothing gets done or resolved. A port request was done on Saturday, the consultant had caused a system conflict and could not resolve at the time. She said that she had escalated it and that on Monday she would call when resolved. When following up on Monday through the call centre, I was told that the order had been cancelled - so much for resolving the problem. I went back to the store and a new order request was done. This too was rejected the next day when I followed up due to another error done with submitting. I told the call centre I refused to go back to the store. She said that she would escalate to store manager. Another day later and no resolution and no feedback.
Telkom Mobile just does not have the service levels expected when looking at their marketing initiative image they are trying to create in the market.
