No service, no resolution

My Telkom landline died on Friday 25th January. I logged the fault on the internet and was given a reference no 290CWK250113. I received an sms on Tuesday 29 January to indicate that the problem is resolved, yet my landline was still as dead as on Friday 25 Jan. I called telkom and received a new reference number 410CWK290113. It has now been 7 days without a landline service and no resolution in sight and no feedback whatsoever. I run a business and have already spend twice as much on cell phone calls as I would on landline calls if I had a working landline service. Need I say more except that this lack of interest in Telkom's paying customers is shocking.
