No Response From The phone Line

Saturday i lost my phone. I cried yes, however I remember I had insurance with MTN and that kind of dried my tears, well at least I thought. I called the insurance line and stood on the line for 35 minutes without any response. I asked for help on how to claim from the 808 service desk, I was advised to either fax or email them my claim form. I faxed the form on November 26, 2013 with the required case number. Called the number again on the 27, only for the IVR to tell me they have not received my form. I emailed it afterward and called after 3 hours and again with no response from insurance but sitting on the line for hours, only for the IVR to tell me again they have not received my claim form. What is happening? You want the 7 days claim time frame to pass so you would declined my claim for late submission. i need someone to call me from the insurance department anytime from 8am till 11.30am. i also have work like the rest of you people.
