Vodacom has decided unilaterally to migrate me to another package. no communication before hand. No information as to why. No information on costs. No information at all. Ilse on 111 says she doesn't know, she'll have to find out. Eventually after complaining about slow systems (!) says business packages are no longer available. But they are advertising them on their website!!! Training problem? And this is a communications company!!! Also, all remaining data limits on website are wrong this morning. Each and everyone. Ilse says try smsing 111. If that doesn't work, phone 111 and they'll help. I'm speaking to her on 111!!! How about just doing it? So, Vodacom, you fail at communications. Totally!
