Firstly, I have received a garnish order to inform me to pay my cell phone, what cell phone???
I do however have another phone with AG Cellular, which is with AG Talk, as the addresses and contact detail are exactly the same, and when you phone either, and ask for the other, they put you through.

I was phoned at two o'clock in the morning to take out a cell phone, being woken up and confused, I must have mistakenly said yes, meaning that the contract cannot be valid, as I did not know what I was consenting to in the first place, and I have never signed a 2nd contract at either of the above mentioned companies.

I have paid my debts, which in actual fact I do not own, and still paying my personal phone which in actual fact expired in June 2013, but still deductions are being made. Airtime, for which in actual fact I pay for, has never been transferred onto my phone, so basically all my money is being by you people, and by the way, it is against the law to sell cell phones between 17:00 pm and 8:00 am the following morning.

It is unacceptable, and I suggest you conduct a thorough investigation or I will be taking the matter to the papers.
