Breach of Security and Poor Service

I ordered the new iPhone 5s last weeek tuesday, it is on my mothers contract and i have a phone under it. I got a sms saying that I should expect delivery on Friday however no phone arrived. I called the call centre on mOnday 25/11/2013 at 11;52;52 to 082111 after trying numerous times to call the number that was sent on the sms which does not exist! POOR SERVICE! The consultant helped me without doing any security check and told me that my phone will be delivered that day before 5pm and was with the driver now. No phone was ever delivered. I then called through to the call centre on tuesday 26/11/2013 and got through to lerato who was the most unerergetic and unhelpful consultant i have spoken to. She said i would have to go thrrough a security check to us ethe track and trace to find the phone. I asked to be put through to the manager who said they would call my mother. I told them i would hold while i did so and somewhere during that process the phone was put down on me and my mother was not called. I never recieved a return call and my mother was never called either. 1. poor service. 2. No phone recieved. 3. most concerning is Vodacom breach of securty.
