Still waiting for feedback

Close to a month ago Tebogo a repairs department consultant from Virgin Mobile contacted me, the call was for myself and the company to resolve the matter of my contract and my sold handset. Tebogo promised that she will get back to me as soon as possible till now she still has not called. I called the call center to be put through to her but she was not available and did not return my call. Today 07:40 a debit order of R728.01 was deducted from my account. I do not know what it is for and I know the type of answers I will get from the call center consultants when I call. I am extremely frustrated by this company and the way they handle their clients or maybe just me. I cannot understand how do they do business and whether they understand what a headache it is to deal with this issue. I would like to be reimbursed the R1080 and the one they debited from my account and cancel this joke of a contract because it has brought me nothing but misery
