Receiving my itemized bill from Cell C, I noticed charges for "content services" amounting to R175, 60. The content are being accessed within seconds of each other each time with a cost of R 8.87.
I have not signed on to this content and at specified times of access I am not using my phone!!
I am utterly frustrated as Cell C are of no help resolving this matter. The phone numbers they provided me to call of relevent content company are answered by answering machines.
PLEASE HELP!!
