I am soooo fuming and disappointed by the appalling and service RMCS is providing to the consumers. I have been trying to cancel the contract I don't even know how I got into it with RMCS since mid October 2013, and when I call RMCS, I am told that the contract has been cancelled. But when I call MTN as I want to renew my BIS I am informed that I am still contracted to this RMCS. I blame Edgars for selling my details to this company without my consent. I don't understand why in the universe is it taking RMCS so long to convert my number to prepaid whereas it didn't take them 1 minute to convert it to a contract. This is the most absurd service I have ever received and it is ridiculous and unacceptable. I want my number to be converted back to PREPAID WITH IMMEDIATE EFECT FAILURE TO DO SO, I WILL HAVE TO GO THE LEGAL ROUTE AND DISPUTE ANY RMCS CHARGE ON MY EDGARDS ACCOUNT... And since you have wasted my time. I have been calling Edgars as well but they are NOT helping!!! I want my number back to pre-paid!
